Whay Are There Mushrooms Growing Around My Flowers and Veggies?
I bought this new thing that lets me grow flowers on top and veggies underneath. I thought it was pretty cool until I noticed all these mushrooms growing from all areas. It is grossing me out. Something else weird, the mushrooms disappear in the afternoon and reappear at night. How can I get them to go away and will it be safe to eat the veggies?

Your soil and moisture conditions are probably just right for mushroom growth. You can’t get rid of them without tearing up your bed so just leave them alone. Mushrooms don’t last long, some live only hours. They are probably dying in the afternoon sun and new ones are growing at night. Yes, your veggies are safe to eat.
Need a little more detail about what this tier style planter looks like. Mushrooms usually appear when there is sitting water and little sun my approach to mushrooms is to make sure there is plenty of drainage and only water when the soil is completely dry…
probably what you are seeing are the fruits of the mushroom, the mushroom itself is buried in the soil in a way you can’t clearly see them. regarding eating the veggies I think it’s perfectly fine, as long as you wash it well before consuming, it has to be a very toxic kind of mushroom to give any problem, best thing to do is as soon as you have a chance is to change all the soil, wash well the plants to get rid of the spores and put them in a sunny place for as long as can everyday.
