How to Re-Pot Already Growing Vegetables?

Hey there, so I have some vegetables that I"m doing in a container garden, they are doing great. :] I have about 6+ vegetables (Minus my herbs) that I think need to be replanted, they are all getting really big, and they are in 13.5 quart pots, do you think they will be okay? Or do I need to re-plant them, if so how?
