yoo know that yoo can tell between a fruit and vegetable because all fruits have seeds then how do you grow vegetables without a seed?

Well, all vegetables have seeds as well.
The seeds generally develop on the stalk of the plant which we don’t see in the stores.
In the spring of the year many places sell packets of veggy seeds.

Technically, all the things we call vegetables are really fruits. Except legally in the USA, the tomato was legislated into being a vegetable for tax purposes many years ago.
